I love Paducah! My family and I moved here from Chattanooga, Tennessee when I was about five years old. To be honest, however, I didn't realize just how much I love the city of Paducah until I moved away from it!
Over a year ago I moved to Louisville to further my education and to gain additional knowledge and experience as a personal trainer. This field never stops changing. There is nothing static about. And that's one of the reasons I love it so much! There is always something new, exciting, controversial . . .
Within a few months I will be moving back to Paducah, and I'll be bringing my expanded knowledge and experience back home to fellow Paducahians. : )
